奶桑中的木脂素类成分研究

Study on Lignans from Morus macroura Miq.

综合应用正相硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱色谱、大孔树脂柱层析等多种分离手段对奶桑(Morus macroura Miq)乙酸乙酯相进行分离纯化,并利用 1D、2D NMR技术进行结构鉴定.共分离纯化得到 9 个木脂素类化合物,分别为 moracin O(1),moracin P(2),moracin M(3),moracin R(4),(-)-(7R,8S)-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(5),(+)-lariciresinol(6),balanophonin(7),(7S,8R)-5-methoxyl-balanophonin(8)和hedyotisol A(9),其中化合物 1,4~9 为首次从该植物中分离得到.此外对部分化合物(1~5,7,9)进行抗炎活性测试,结果表明化合物9 具有较弱的抗炎活性.
Sephadex LH-20,silica gel column chromatography,macroporous resin column chromatography and other separation methods were comprehensively used to separate and purify the ethyl acetate phase of Morus macroura Miq.,and 1D and 2D NMR were used to identify the structure.Nine lignan compounds were isolated and purified,namely moricin O(1),moricin P(2),moricin M(3),moricin R(4),(-)-(7R,8S)-dihydroniconiferol alcohol(5),(+)-laricilinol(6),balanophonin(7),(7S,8R)-5-methoxyl balanophonin(8)and hedyotisol A(9),among which compounds 1,4-9 were firstly isolated from this plant.In addition,some compounds(1-5,7,9)were tested for anti-inflammatory activity,and compound 9 showed weak anti-inflammatory activity.
