Based on the Dali National Climate Observatory and other monitoring data in 1991-2020,the summer tourism climate environment index in Dali is calculated and identified,according to the rules of summer tourism climate environment index system.The results show that the summer temperatures in Dali are cool and pleasant,the"excellent and good rate"of summer climate conditions is 92.9%,and the climate endowment is good.Meanwhile,the"excellent and good rate"of summer climate comfort in Dali is 88.2%,and the proportion of comfortable days of human comfort,vacation index and tourism index are respectively 99.9%,82.1%and 82.5%,indicating that the climate comfort is extremely high.Besides,the air quality is"excellent",the number of days exceeding the ozone standard is 0,the excellent and good rate of water environment is 100%,and the ecological environment is excellent.Furthermore,the climate risk in summer is generally light,and the"medium and low impact rate"of climate adverse conditions accounts for 80%.Additionally,strong convective weather has high potential risks,while the probability of major meteorological disasters is low.To sum up,the summer climate of Dali is a typical representation and concentrated embodiment of the mountain summer tourism destinations in the Hengduan mountains area in northwest Yunnan Province and the plateau and mountain areas in southwest China,and the climate conditions for summer tourism are excellent.
