摘要
《云南省"十四五"自然资源规划》对促进云南省自然资源合理开发利用,提升自然资源要素保障能力具有重要意义,本文梳理总结规划实施取得的成效及主要目标指标完成情况,存在的问题与不足,结合当前形势及风险挑战对规划后半程实施提出对策建议,确保规划目标任务如期完成,推进规划顺利实施提供参考.
Abstract
The 14th Five Year Plan for Natural Resources in Yunnan Province is of great significance in promoting the rational development and utilization of natural resources and enhancing the guarantee capacity of natural resource elements in Yunnan Province.The achievements of the implementation of the plan and the completion of the main objectives,as well as the existing problems were summarized in this paper.Combined with the current situation and risk challenges,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the implementation of the second half of the plan to ensure that the planning objectives and tasks are completed on schedule.
