DISCUSSION ON THE APPLICATION OF THE'4R'CONCEPT IN ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION OF HISTORICAL MINES IN HONGHE HANI AND YI AUTONOMOUS PREFECTURE
The historical legacy mines in Honghe Prefecture have a large number,scattered distribution,and small size,which have had many adverse effects on the quality of the regional ecosystem,people's production and life,and economic and social development.It is necessary for government departments,industry institutions and the public to participate in the restoration and management.Based on the analysis of the main ecological problems,early ecological restoration and existing problems in the mining area,the ecological restoration concept of'4R'was innovatively put forward,and the three means of ecological restoration of historical mines were emphasized in this paper.These works are intended to provide reference for promoting the ecological restoration of historical mines and further revitalizing the utilization of industrial and mining wasteland.
