火试金富集-原子吸收光谱法测定冰铜中的金

本文对云锡某铜冶炼厂的3个冰铜样品进行测定,采用硫酸对冰铜试样进行预处理,过滤去除试样中大部分的铜,剩余的残渣灰化后火试金富集得到金银合粒,用稀硝酸溶解银粒,剩于的金粒用王水溶解后,用火焰原子吸收光谱仪在242.8nm处测定金的含量;与行业标准(YS/T 990.2-2014)测定结果比对,其中一个结果在行业标准的检出限以下,另外两个结果基本吻合;同时做了精密度和加标回收试验,结果表明:相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在0.54%~1.13%之间,加标回收率在96.0%~104%.
DETERMINATION OF GOLD IN COPPER MATTE BY FIRE ASSAY ENRICHMENT-ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
In this paper,three matte samples from a copper smelter in Yunnan Tin company were determined.The matte samples were pretreated with sulfuric acid,and most of the copper in the samples was removed by filtration.The remaining residue was ashed and enriched by fire assay to obtain gold and silver particles.The silver particles were dissolved with dilute nitric acid,and the remaining gold particles were dissolved with aqua regia.The content of gold was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometer at 242.8 nm.Compared with the results of the industry standard(YS/T 990.2-2014),one of the results was below the detection limit of the industry standard,and the other two results were basically consistent.The results showed that the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)was between 0.54%and 1.13%,and the recovery rate was between 96.0%and 104%.
