摘要

采用X射线荧光光谱法测定石英砂岩中SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3,以无水四硼酸锂作熔剂,硝酸铵为氧化剂,碘化钾为脱模剂.在高频熔样机上于 1050℃熔融,制成玻璃片,使用标准曲线对谱线重叠干扰和基体效应校正,建立XRF测定石英砂岩中SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3 分析方法.经标准样品比对和不同方法比对验证,其结果准确、可靠、效率高、成本低.

Abstract

X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine SiO2,Al2O3 and Fe2O3contents in quartz sandstone with anhydrous lithium tetraborate as flux,ammonium nitrate as oxidant,and potassium iodide as release agent.The samples were melted on a high-frequency melting prototype at 1050 ℃ to produce glass sheets.An analytical method for determining the content of SiO2,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 in quartz sandstone using XRF was established,by usingstandard curves for correcting spectral line overlap interference and matrix effect.The results are accurate,reliable,efficient,and cost-effective,verified by comparison with standard samples and different methods.
