The study area is located in the southwestern part of the Yangtze Paraplatform-Sichuan and Yunnan Platform Anticline-Central Yunnan Platform Depression-Yuanmou Uplift.The geological structure in the area is complex,with extensive magmatic activity and deformation metamorphism,and widespread mineralization.Previous geological exploration work in the study area has a relatively low degree of research and has great potential for mineral exploration.On the basis of summarizing the geological and geochemical characteristics of the Xiushuihe copper-gold deposit in Dayao County and analyzing the mineralization process,a realistic metallogenic law was attempted to be established,in order to provide reference for prospecting work in this area.
