利用花岗岩锯泥制备瓷砖的实验研究

摘要
以花岗岩锯泥为主要原料,掺入少量高岭土,研究了以不同烧成温度制备瓷砖的工艺.探究了配方与温度对破坏强度、断裂模数、吸水率、密度等性能的影响.结果表明,烧成温度为1150℃时不掺高岭土,即可制备出性能指标符合GB/T 4100-2006 的陶瓷砖,其破坏强度12.6 MPa、断裂模数12.3 MPa、吸水率0.24%、视密度2.27 g/cm3.结果为解决花岗岩锯泥堆存带来的各种问题提供了一条高值利用的技术路径.
Abstract
In this paper,granite sawn mud was used as the main raw material,and a small amount of kaolin was added to prepare ceramic tiles at different firing temperatures.The effects of formula and temperature on the properties of breaking strength,breaking modulus,water absorp-tion and density were investigated.The results show that the ceramic brick with GB/T 4100-2006 performance can be prepared without kaolin at 1150℃,with the failure strength 12.6 MPa,modulus of fracture 12.3 MPa,water absorption 0.24%and apparent density 2.27 g/cm3.This provides a technical path of high value utilization to solve various problems caused by the accumulation of granite sawn mud.
