耐酸增强型中空纤维膜的制备及其性能研究

以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚醚砜(PES)为原料,采用相转化法制备了PES/PVDF增强型中空纤维膜,并对膜的微观形貌、机械性能、水通量、截留率和耐酸性能进行了研究。结果表明,PES的引入可明显提高膜的水通量和截留率。当PES的质量分数为3%时,制备的膜综合性能最佳,其水通量为78。84 L/(h·m2),截留率为95%,(较传统单体系PVDF膜),水通量提升约42。75%,截留率提高10。46%;于7 mol/L的HCl溶液浸泡8 个月后,PES/PVDF增强型中空纤维膜的最大拉伸荷为 120。38 N(下降 10。3%),断裂伸长率 19。88%(上升16。2%),截留率为99%(提升约4。2%),表现出良好的耐酸性。
Preparation and Properties of Acid Strengthened Hollow Fiber Membrane
In this paper,PES/PVDF strengthened hollow fiber membrane was prepared by phase inversion method with PVDF and PES as raw materials.The results showed that the introduction of PES can significantly improve water flux and retention rate of the membrane.In particular,when the mass fraction of PES was3wt%,the membrane had the best comprehensive properties,with a water flux of 78.84L/(h·m2)and a retention rate of 95%.Compared with the traditional monomer PVDF membrane,the water flux increased about 42.75%and the retention in-creased 10.46%.The maximum tensile load of PES/PVDF strengthened hollow fiber membrane was 120.38 N after soaking in HCl solution of 7mol/L for 8 months,which decreased by 10.3%,elongation at break was 19.88%,increased by 16.2%,retention rate was 99%,increased by 4.2%,which demonstrated a quite well anti acid performance.
