云南某风化磷矿浮选试验研究

摘要
针对云南某风化矿开发利用的问题,经过系统性工艺研究,开发出了一套适用于风化矿的擦洗-浮选联合工艺流程.通过该工艺处理后,将风化矿从P2 O5、MgO、SiO2 的质量分数从23.52%、1.0%、26.0%,提升到精矿的28.07%、0.85%、19.89%,满足了下游化工企业的生产要求,为其开发利用提供了技术依据.
Abstract
In view of the development and utilization of a weathered ore in Yunnan Province,a set of combined scrubbing-flotation process for weathered ore has been developed through systematic technological research,the weathered ore is raised from P2 O523.52%,MgO 1.0%,SiO226.0%to concentrate P2 O528.07%,MgO 0.85%,SiO219.89%,which meets the production requirements of downstream chemical enterprises and provides a technical basis for its development and utilization.
