摘要

采用纳米铝粒子掺杂的方法进行了硼硝酸钾激光点火阈值的调制研究,结果表明,随着纳米铝含量的增多,药剂发火阈值和作用时间呈现先降低后增加的趋势,当纳米铝粒子质量分数为1.0%时,发火阈值和作用时间达到最小值(0.25 W,12 ms).分析表明,纳米铝粒子对药剂的光吸收特性无明显影响,药剂热导率随铝含量增多而呈近线性增加.

Abstract

In this paper,we adjust laser ignition property of B/KNO3 by doping aluminum nanoparticles additives in B/KNO3 powder.The results indicated that the threshold and delay-time decreases first and then increases as the increasing of content of aluminum and when the content of aluminum is 1.0%,the threshold and delay-time is minimal(0.25 W,12 ms,respectively).Experiment shows that no obvious difference on la-ser absorption is found between pure B/KNO3 and B/KNO3 mixtures with additives.And the thermal conductivity increases linearly as the Al concentration increasing.The ignition threshold is synthetically affected by changes of thermal conductivity.
