降糖类中成药及保健品中添加的降糖类化学药品的定量检测方法

摘要
为准确判断降糖类中成药及保健品的降糖效果,判断其是否符合国家标准,开展了降糖类中成药及保健品中降糖类化学药品的定量检测研究.将色谱法和质谱法等先进检测技术应用其中,通过优化液相色谱及质谱条件,提升定量检测的准确性.结果表明,检测方法可以对降糖类中成药及保健品中添加降糖类化学药品进行精准检测.
Abstract
To accurately determine the hypoglycemic effect of hypoglycemic Chinese medicine and health products,determine whether it con-forms to the national standards,the quantitative testing research for hypoglycemic Chinese medicine and health care products is put forward.In this study,advanced detection technologies such as chromatography and mass spectrometry were applied to improve the accuracy of quantitative detection by optimizing liquid chromatography and mass spectrum conditions.The experimental results show that the proposed detection method can accurately detect the hypoglycemic traditional Chinese patent medicine and health care products.
