高效液相色谱法测定橘红枇杷片中柚皮苷的含量

(目的)建立用高效液相色谱法测定橘红枇杷片中柚皮苷含量的方法;(方法)除去橘红枇杷片糖衣后，研细，加入甲醇，加热回流，放冷，补足损失质量，过滤，取滤液进样。色谱仪为安捷伦 HP-1100 型，色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX C18柱，紫外测定检测波长选定为283 nm，流动相为乙腈-0。1%磷酸(体积比20∶80)，流速为1 mL/min。结果 表明，在柚皮苷质量浓度为 7。237～115。8 μg/mL 范围内，线性关系良好(r =0。99994，n =6)，方法回收率为98。68%(n =6)。(结论)本方法准确、灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为橘红枇杷片质量控制的检测方法。
Determination of Naringin in Juhong Pipa Tablets by HPLC
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of naringin in Juhong Pipa tablets.Method:To remove the sugar coat-ing of Juhong Pipa tablets,add methanol,heat,reflux,cool,make up weight loss,filter,and continue filtrate for sampling.The chromato-graphwas Agilent HP-1100 column,Agilent ZORBAX C18 column,mobile phase,acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(20∶80,V/V),flow rate was1 mL/min,and ultraviolet detection wavelength was283 nm.Results:The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.072-1.16 μg(r =0.99994 n =6)and the recovery rate was 98.68%(n =6).Conclusion:This method has high accuracy,sensitivity and good repro-ducibility,and can be used for the control content determination of naringin in Juhong Pipa tablets.
