摘要

通过优化土壤浸出液的制备方法和指示剂的选择,选择离心分离作为浸出液制备方法,酚酞作为碳酸根滴定终点的指示剂,溴酚蓝作为碳酸氢根滴定终点的指示剂,在测定土壤中CO2-3 和HCO-3 时,取得了较好的效果.为正在开展的土壤三普检测工作提供重要的参考依据.

Abstract

This article optimizes the preparation method and indicator selection of soil leaching solution,selecting centrifugal separation as the preparation method of leaching solution,phenolphthalein as the indicator for carbonate titration endpoint,and bromophenol blue as the indicator for bicarbonate titration endpoint.Good results have been achieved in the determination of CO-23 and HCO-3 in soil.The resutls provide impor-tant reference basis for the ongoing soil popularization testing work.
