磷石膏在硫酸中的溶解性探究

以工业堆存固废磷石膏为原料，探究了磷石膏在硫酸溶液中的溶解情况。通过单因素实验，讨论了酸剂浓度、温度、溶解时间三因素对磷石膏溶解量的影响，并与晶须产量进行对比。运用正交法得到最佳溶解工艺条件为:溶解时间20 min、酸剂质量分数10%、温度90℃。
Study on Solubility of Industrial Solid Waste Phosphogypsum in Sulfuric Acid
The dissolution of phosphogypsum in sulfuric acid solution was investigated using industrial waste phosphogypsum as raw material.The effects of acid concentration,temperature and dissolution time on the dissolution amount of phosphogypsum were discussed and compared with the whisker yield by single factor experiment.The optimal dissolution conditions were obtained by orthogonal method:dissolution time 20 min,acid concentration 10%and temperature 90℃.
