纤维增强复合材料剪切强度测定方法的优化

鉴于目前纤维增强复合材料剪切强度测试方法存在测量精度低、成本高、效率低等问题,提出了改进三点弯曲剪切强度的测量方案。通过在试件表面粘贴增强片的方式,调节复合材料最大切应力和正应力的比值,使复合材料优先出现剪切破坏。从实验验证和理论分析两个方面对改进方案进行了实验测试,结果表明,复合材料剪切强度测定方法的优化方案的最大误差为1。56,最小误差为0。30。误差在可接受范围内,可以为相关工作提供参考。
Optimization Research on Shear Strength Measurement Method for Fiber Reinforced Composite Materials
In view of the shortcomings of low measurement accuracy,high cost and low efficiency in the current testing method for shear strength of fiber reinforced composite materials,this paper proposes an improved three-point bending shear strength measurement scheme.By pasting reinforcement plates on the surface of the specimen,the ratio of maximum shear stress to normal stress of the composite material is adjusted to prioritize shear failure of the composite material.The improvement scheme proposed in this article was experimentally tested from both experi-mental verification and theoretical analysis.The test results show that the maximum error of the optimized scheme for measuring the shear strength of composite materials proposed in this article is 1.56,and the minimum error is 0.30.The error is within an acceptable range,which can provide reference for related work.
