摘要

在新工科背景下,作为地方高校,结合学院特点对化学工程与工艺专业"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施进行了研究和探索.主要围绕"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的认知、实践探索以及在其实施过程中面临的问题和挑战等方面进行了详细阐述,以促进相似或相近专业的学习交流.同时,通过自我反思、持续改进,为煤化工领域培养具有理论基础扎实、创新能力卓越和工程经验丰富的高素质工程型技术人才奠定坚实的基础,力求达到"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的标准.

Abstract

Under the background of new engineering,the implementation of the plan of education and training outstanding engineers(PETOT)for chemical engineering and technology specialty was studied and explored as a local university combined with the characteristics of college.Mainly elaborates on the cognition,practical exploration and the problems and challenges faced in the implementation of PETOT,so as to pro-mote the learning and communication of similar majors.At the same time,through self-reflection and continuous improvement,it lays a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality engineering technical talents with solid theoretical foundation,excellent innovation ability and rich engi-neering experience in the field of coal chemical industry,and strives to achieve the standard of PETOT.
