Participatory Teaching Combined with Feynman Learning in Food Analysis
Aiming at the problem of school boredom caused by students'lack of knowledge of"how to use"and the poor effect of traditional in-doctrination teaching,taking"qualitative and quantitative determination of protein"as an example,we explore the combination of participatory teaching and Feynman learning in food analysis to improve students'learning effect and realize the student-centered,outcome-oriented partic-ipatory teaching concept.Aiming at the problem of school boredom caused by students'lack of knowledge of"how to use"and the poor effect of traditional indoctrination teaching,taking"qualitative and quantitative determination of protein"as an example,we explore the combination of participatory teaching and Feynman learning in food analysis to improve students'learning effect and realize the student-centered,outcome-o-riented participatory teaching concept.
