酒糟生物炭的制备及应用研究进展

酒糟是酿酒过程中产生的主要固体废弃物,产量大且利用率低,其资源化利用技术随酿酒产业的快速发展而备受关注.常见的酒糟利用途径主要有生产有机肥、饲料等,而采用酒糟制备功能化生物炭作为其高值化利用的途径近年来受到关注.通过运用VOS viewer 软件,在"中国知网"和"Web of Science"基于"酒糟"和"生物炭"等关键词进行文献分析的基础上,综述了酒糟生物炭的制备、改性及其应用研究进展,为酿酒行业固废处理及环境治理提供技术参考.
Research Progress in the Preparation and Application of Biochar from Distiller's grains
Distiller's grains are the main solid waste generated during the brewing process,with a high yield and low utilization rate.Their re-source utilization technology has attracted attention with the rapid development of the brewing industry.The common utilization technologies of distiller's grains mainly include the production of organic fertilizers,feed,etc.and the use of distiller's grains to prepare functional biochar has re-ceived attention in recent years as one of its high-value utilization methods.This article mainly uses VOS viewer software to conduct literature analysis based on keywords such as"distiller's grains"and"biochar"in"China National Knowledge Infrastructure"and"Web of Science".Based on this,the preparation,modification,and application research progress of distiller's grains biochar are reviewed,providing technical refer-ence for solid waste treatment and environmental governance in the brewing industry.
