Spent coffee grounds are waste generated after brewing coffee.Due to their rigid,porous,and biodegradable characteristics,they can be utilized as functional fillers to reinforce or impart specific properties to base materials.This paper reviews the recent domestic and interna-tional research on the application of spent coffee grounds in the field of polymer composite materials,aiming to provide reference for the reuse of spent coffee grounds.
