无水氟化氢的分离需要冷凝过程,合理的温度控制对节约成本很重要.采用开源软件OpenFOAM对无水氟化氢的冷凝过程进行了模拟,结果表明温度低于 263.15 K(-10℃)时,无水氟化氢出现明显的冷凝现象,液相的体积分数在1s时大于20%.
Research Based on OpenFOAM for Numerical Simulation of Condensation of Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride
The separation of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride requires condensation process,and reasonable temperature control is very important to save cost.The open source software OpenFOAM was used to simulate the condensation process of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride.The results showed that the condensation phenomenon was obvious when the temperature was lower than263.15 K(-10℃),and the volume fraction of the liquid phase was greater than 20%(at t =1 s).
