铁法磷酸铁的工业化制备及其电化学应用

磷酸铁锂作为锂离子电池正极材料应用十分广泛,磷酸铁前驱体也因此得到了快速发展.磷酸铁的主流生产工艺是硫酸亚铁法,生产流程较长,工业废水处理量较大.研究了一种用高纯铁为原料制备磷酸铁的工业化生产方法,工艺流程简单,过程用水可循环使用,环保压力小.此外,还以该方法生产的磷酸铁作为前驱体制备了磷酸铁锂,并对其电化学性能进行了基础测试,结果表明铁法磷酸铁制备的磷酸铁锂在0.1C倍率下克容量≥160 mAh/g,完全满足后端市场的应用需求.
Industrial Preparation and Electrochemical Application of Iron Phosphate by Pure Iron Method
Lithium iron phosphate is widely used as a positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries,and the precursor iron phosphate has also been rapidly developed recent years.The mainstream production process of iron phosphate,the ferrous sulfate method,has a long produc-tion process and a large amount of industrial wastewater treatment.This article proposes an industrial production method for preparing iron phos-phate using high-purity iron as raw material.This method is simple,and the process water can be recycled which makes low environmental pressure.In addition,we prepare lithium iron phosphate using the iron phosphate produced as the precursor,and test the electrochemical per-formance of it.The results show that the lithium iron phosphate prepared by the iron phosphate method had a sepecific capacity of≥160 mAh/g at a rate of 0.1C,fully meeting the application needs of the backend market.
