Microwave Assisted Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Components in Lemon Grass
A micro microwave reaction device was designed and manufactured to assist headspace solid-phase microextraction, solving the prob-lem of solvent-free headspace extraction.A microwave assisted headspace solid-phase microextraction method for volatile components in lemon grass samples was established.Using GC-MS method to analyze and identify the volatile components in the extracts of lemon grass leaves and roots,37 and 46 types were identified, and the content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.37 volatile com-pounds in lemon grass leaves and 46 volatile compounds in roots and stems account for 89.93%and 77.29%of the total volatile compounds in the extract, respectively.Among them, the volatile components with higher content in the leaves and rhizomes are both nerol and vanillin. The relative content of the main volatile components in the leaves,nerol(29.27%)and vanillin(22.14%),is significantly higher than that in the rhizomes,nerol(8.61%)and vanillin(7.76%).This study provides a stable, efficient, simple, and fast new method for the direct and rapid analysis of volatile components in samples, especially in solid samples, with broad application prospects.
