摘要

通过优化雾化气流量、碰撞气流量、检出限、准确度、精密度实验来评价方法的实用性.动能歧视-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法有效消除了干扰,方法检出限为 0.011 μg/g,标准物质的相对误差0.7%~2.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n =8)1.6%~3.4%.方法简便,能够满足铅、锌矿石中银量的测定.

Abstract

The practicability of the method was evaluated by optimizing the Nebulizer Gas Flow,collision gas flow,detection limit,accuracy and precision.Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry with Kinetic Energy Discrimination can eliminate interference effectively.The method detection limit were 0.011 μg/g.The relative error of GBW07235,GBW07236 and GBW07237 ranged from 0.7%to 2.0%.The relative stand-ard deviation(RSD,n =8)ranged from1.6%-3.4%.The method is simple and convenient.It can satisfy the determination of Ag in lead ore and zinc ore.
