摘要

在新工科建设的背景下,根据新工科对人才培养的新要求,结合学校本身地域特色,通过克服化工实践基地建设及交流中普遍存在的问题,在实践基地与学生的交流实习过程中建立健全了管理机制,长效交流机制,反馈机制及评价机制,以期培养出实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型新工科人才.还通过学校教师与实践基地多种形式的交流,使教师及企业双方实现共赢发展.

Abstract

In the context of the new engineering,consistent with the new requirement for new engineering,and regional characteristics of the school,high-quality compound new technical talents with strong practical ability,strong innovation ability and international competitiveness can be cultivated by overcoming the common problems in the construction of chemical engineering practice teaching base and a sound management mechanism and a long-term communication mechanism in the process of practice is established.Moreever,through various forms of communi-cation between school teachers and practice bases,both teachers and enterprises can achieve win-win development.
