Construction and Practice of"Lean"Teaching Resource Library Construction Mode Based on the Outcomes-based Education
In response to the problems of insufficient alignment between resources and jobs,low utilization rate of resources and incomplete eval-uation system of learning achievement in the construction of professional teaching resource library,this paper puts forward a"lean"construction mode under the guidance of outcomes-based education.The"lean"construction model based on the OBE theory,reverse-designed resource modules,project-based tandem construction of reusable granular resources,and precise setting of learning objectives to achieve the evaluation system,so that teachers can use the resources of the resource library to build online courses based on learning data to meet the learning needs of different learners and achieve differentiated teaching at different levels.Practice shows that this model can effectively serve the needs of profes-sional talent cultivation,efficiently and effectively build resource library resources,improve students'learning attainment,better serve teachers'teaching needs,and provide a reference model for vocational education resource library.
