Analysis of Green and Low Carbon Systematic Solution for Desulfurization of Coke Oven Gas from GLT Chelated Iron
Sulfur yield of PDS desulfurization of coke oven gas is50%-60%,and a large amount of desulfurization waste liquid is generated by accumulation of by-salts.Based on the chemical principle and technological principle of GLT chelated iron desulfurization,combined with the actual industrial transformation,the application of GLT chelated iron technology in coke oven gas purification has formed a systematic complete set of solutions,which not only solves the suitability problem of the application of chelated catalyst,but also realizes zero waste liquid discharge while the sulfur paste is recycled.By comparing and analyzing the technical economy of different technical routes,GLT chelated iron technology systematically solves the environmental problems existing in coke oven gas desulfurization,significantly saves investment and operating costs,and greatly reduces carbon dioxide emissions in the process of the gas purification.
