Design and Operation of Wastewater Treatment Project in an Organic Chemical Raw Material Manufacturing Enterprise
Fenton oxidation-coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-aerobic aeration-combined process was used to treat wastewater generated in the production and living process in the wastewater station of an organic chemical raw material manufacturing enterprise.The treatment process,design parameters and operation cost of the sewage station are introduced.The commissioning results of the sewage treat-ment station show that the pollutant index limit of the effluent treated by the process meets the Class Ⅲ standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996)and the takeover standard of the sewage treatment plant in the park.After the commissioning,the efflu-ent concentration of the sewage treatment station can operate stably,the operation and maintenance management is simple,and there is no sec-ondary pollution.
