In the new development trend of engineering,in order to meet the needs of national standardization strategy and the need of high-quality industrial development,cultivating high-quality applied chemistry talents is the key to university education.This article taking Fujian Normal University as an example,which faced with the integration of industry and education,and coordinated innovation and it is vital to design curriculum in accordance with industrial needs,decide on the teaching content consistent with technological development,provide learning situa-tions according to the resources on and out of campus and chossen training methods regarding students'interests,explores the training mode of applied chemistry talents in the new development trend of engineering,and provides new ideas for cultivating applied chemistry talents in colle-ges and universities.
