综述了锂离子电池失效分析流程、失效主要现象及原因、失效分析方法和主要失效原因,并对未来发展研究方向做出了展望.
Abstract
The failure analysis process of lithium-ion batteries,the main phenomena and causes of failure,the methods of failure analysis and some main failure causes are reviewed,and the future research and developing direction are prospected.
