Study on Heavy Metal Migration in a Coal Gangue Yard in Guizhou
Coal gangue contains a variety of heavy metals, there is a certain risk of pollution to the surrounding cultivated land.In this paper, the soil around a coal gangue yard in Guizhou was taken as the research object. The heavy metals were dissolved by digestion method, and the con-tents were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of Pb,Cu,Cd,Zn and Cr(mg/kg)are 24.735-73.22,67.2-239.28,6.40-9.97,60.96-104.70 and 13.33-41.67,respectively.Heavy metals migrate regularly along the direction of slope elevation reduction, downwind direction and mountain water ditch direction. Finally, through the geological accumulation index(Igeo),it was found that Cd was slightly polluted,Cu was slightly polluted to moderately polluted, and Pb at some points reached severe pollution and very serious pollution.
