Effects of Germanium Treatment on Photosynthetic Physiological Function of Tea Tree Seedlings
In order to explore the effects of germanium treatment on promoting the growth and development of Camellia sinensis and improving the nutritional quality of tea leaves, the annual Yunkang 10 tea tree seedlings in the tea germplasm resource nursery of Dianhong Tea Research Insti-tute was taken as the research object, and the tea tree seedlings were treated with different concentrations of germanium. The contents of chloro-phyll,soluble protein, malondialdehyde and free proline in the leaves of tea tree treated with germanium were determined, and the optimal con-centration of germanium treatment to improve the photosynthetic physiological effects of tea tree seedlings was screened. The results showed that the concentration of germanium 12 mg/L was beneficial to the growth and development of tea tree seedlings. The results could provide reference and technical support for improving the photosynthetic rate of germanium-treated tea tree seedlings and the cultivation of germanium-rich tea.
