摘要
采用柠檬酸钠作为还原剂,制备了纳米银.探讨了还原剂混用、反应物物质的量比、回流时间等对纳米银粒子的影响,并对其进行表征.通过抑菌实验,发现纳米银的抑菌效果随其粒径的减小而增强.
Abstract
In this paper,sodium citrate was used as a reducing agent to prepare nanosilver.The nanosilver was prepared and characterized by controlling the ratio of sodium citrate to silver nitrate and controlling the reflux time.Bacteriostatic experiments were also carried out to observe the bacteriostatic effect of nanosilver.
