建立一种用分光光度法快速测定雨生红球藻粉和含雨生红球藻粉的复配产品中虾青素含量的方法.利用单因素实验,对雨生红球藻粉中虾青素的提取试剂进行了选择,确定最佳提取试剂为二甲基亚砜.结果表明,吸光度值与虾青素质量浓度在0.2~0.8 μg/mL范围内有良好线性关系,R2 =0.9997.与GB/T 31520-2015比较,测定方法的误差为 0.02%~0.09%,测定含雨生红球藻粉的复配产品中虾青素含量的误差为 0.003%~0.011%;平均加标回收率分别为98.7%、98.3%.所建立的方法可以快速、准确测定雨生红球藻粉和含雨生红球藻粉的复配产品中虾青素的含量.
A rapid method for determining astaxanthin content
A spectrophotometric method was developed for the rapid determination of astaxanthin in Haematococcus Pluvialis powder and com-pound products containing Haematococcus Pluvialis powder.The extraction reagent of astaxanthin from Haematococcus Pluvialis powder was se-lected by single factor experiment,and the best extraction reagent was dimethyl sulfoxide.The results showed that the absorbance had a good lin-ear relationship with astaxanthin concentration in the range of 0.2~0.8 μg/mL,R2 =0.9997.Compared with GB/T 31520-2015,the error of determination of astaxanthin content in Haematococcus Pluvialis powder is 0.02%~0.09%,and the error of determination of astaxanthin content in compound products containing Haematococcus Pluvialis powder is 0.003%~0.011%,The average recovery rates of astaxanthin were 98.7%,98.3%respectivity.The established method can quickly and accurately determine the content of astaxanthin in Haematococcus Pluvialis powder and compound products containing Haematococcus Pluvialis powder.
