摘要
采用连续流动分析仪测定磷酸铁中的磷,并与 HG/T 4701-2021 中的重量法进行了比对,结果表明,磷质量浓度在0~200 μg/mL范围内与峰高具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r =1.0000,加标回收率在99%~101%之间.分析结果与HG/T 4701-2021 标准方法无显著性差异.方法具有操作简便、结果准确、试剂消耗量少等优点.
Abstract
Phosphorus in iron phosphate was detected by continuous-flowing analyzer,and compare with HG/T 4701-2021 method.The results showed that the phosphorus concentration was linear with the absorbance in the range of 0 μg/mL to 200μg/mL and the linear correlation coeffi-cient r was 1.0000,the recovery rate is from 99%to 101%.There is no significant difference in both methods.
