大型LNG储罐9%Ni钢焊接质量控制探讨

以国内在建的22 万m3 大型LNG储罐为例,阐述了9%Ni钢焊接的质量控制要点.对9%Ni钢焊接的母材控制、焊材管理、焊接方法、焊评,以及无损检测等要素进行了质量控制分析,简要对比了9%Ni钢手工电弧焊和全自动TT焊接的优缺点、易产生的缺陷和预防措施,对焊接过程质量控制进行了总结分析.结果表明:控制手工电弧的焊接热输入是防止裂纹产生的重要措施,手工电弧焊焊接9%Ni钢时,应尽可能采用多层、多道焊接,且层间温度控制在100℃以下;全自动TIPTIG焊接(相比手工电弧焊),焊缝外观优美,焊接一次合格率更高,焊接过程的工艺参数可追溯性强,焊接产生的烟尘少,改善了焊工的职业健康.
Welding Quality Control of 9%Ni Steel for Large LNG Storage Tanks
Taking the 220000 square meters of large-scale LNG storage tanks under construction in China as an example,this paper elaborates the key points of quality control of 9%Ni steel welding,and analyzes the quality control of base metal of 9%Ni steel welding,welding consuma-bles management,welding method,welding evaluation and non-destructive testing.The advantages and disadvantages,easy defects and preven-tive measures of 9%Ni steel manual arc welding and automatic TT welding are briefly compared,and the quality control of the welding process is summarized and analyzed.The results show that strict control of the welding heat input of manual arc welding 9%Ni steel is the key measure to prevent crack defects,and manual arc welding 9%Ni steel should be multi-layer multi-pass welding as much as possible,and the interlayer temperature should be controlled below 100℃.Compared with manual arc welding,automatic TT welding weld forming has a beautiful appear-ance,higher qualification rate of one weld,strong traceability of process parameters of the welding process,and less smoke and dust generated by welding,which improves the occupational health of welders.
