基于CDIO理念的过程控制仪表及系统课程教学改革与实践

结合当前职业教育高质量发展的指导意见、高素质技术技能型人才的岗位需求以及过程控制仪表及系统课程的教学现状,将CDIO工程理念融入工业自动化仪表技术专业核心课程过程控制仪表及系统中,以实际工程经典案例项目为教学载体,分解企业真实项目并融入课程教学的不同实施环节,通过确定教学目标、重构教学内容、改革教学策略以及优化评价体系,以期形成教学内容与岗位任务紧密结合、切实可行的教学改革方案和成果.实践教学表明,提高了高素质技术技能型人才培养质量,提升了学生实操技能及岗位胜任能力,适应了工业生产过程检测与控制领域的人才需求.
Teaching Reform and Practice of Process Control Instrumentation and Systems Based on CDIO Concept
Combined with the guidance on the high-quality development of current vocational education,the job requirements of high-quality technical and skilled talents and the teaching status of process control instrument and system courses,CDIO engineering concepts are integrated into the core course of industrial automation instrument technology"Process Control Instruments and Systems",taking the actual engineering classic case project as the teaching carrier,decomposing the real project of the enterprise and integrating it into the different implementation links of course teaching,by determining teaching objectives,reconstructing teaching content,reforming teaching strategies and optimizing the evalua-tion system,in order to form a practical teaching reform plan and results that closely integrate teaching content and job tasks.The practical teaching shows that the quality of training of high-quality technical and skilled talents is improved,the practical skills and post competence of students are improved,and the talent needs in the field of industrial production process detection and control are adapted.
