克唑替尼的合成工艺研究进展

摘要
主要介绍了国内外克唑替尼(Crizotinib)及其关键手性中间体(S)-1-(2,6-二氯-3-氟苯基)乙醇的相关合成工艺路线,对其进行分析后指出了存在的问题及优点,最终总结出了较好的合成工艺路线,为相关研究人员快速了解克唑替尼其关键手性中间体的合成工艺提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the synthetic processes of Crizotinib and its key chiral intermediate(S)-1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluorophenyl)eth-anol were introduced,and the problems and advantages of each process were pointed out.Finally,the synthetic process was summarized.It pro-vides references for relevant readers to quickly understand the synthesis process of crizotinib and its key chiral intermediates.
