摘要
介绍了挥发酚的测定方法,主要有分光光度法、溴化容量法、色谱法、极谱法、化学发光法、酚生物传感器法等,指出应建立多组分挥发酚同时测定的色谱标准方法,研究样品预处理技术和新型的痕量分析富集材料,研发联用技术和酚生物传感器实时自动化在线监测技术,切实提高水环境中挥发酚的监测能力.
Abstract
This paper introduces main methods for the determination of volatile spectrophotometer,such as spectrophotometer,bromination ca-pacity,chromatography,polarography,chemiluminescence,phenol biosensor,etc.It is pointed out that a standard chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of multi-component volatile phenol should be established,the sample pretreatment technology and a new type of enrichment material for trace analysis should be studied,the combined technology and the real-time automatic online monitoring technology of phenol biosensor should be developed,to improve the monitoring ability of volatile phenol in water environment.
