摘要
甜味是烟草味觉感受的重要方面,"甜感"能提升抽吸的舒适感,有效改善抽吸品质.结合国内外研究进展,系统梳理了烟气中的甜感物质、烟叶化学成分与甜度的相关性、甜感检测评价、烟草"增甜"技术等内容,对卷烟烟气甜感的研究进展进行了综述.
Abstract
Sweetness is an important aspect of tobacco taste perception."Sweetness"can enhance the comfort of smoking and effectively improve the quality of smoking.This article combines domestic and foreign research progress to systematically review the sweet substances in smoking,the correlation between tobacco chemical composition and sweetness,sweetness detection and evaluation,tobacco"sweetening"technology and so on.The research progress on sweetness of cigarette smoke is reviewed.
