醇基燃料热值检测试验中盛样装置的研究

为防止醇基燃料在热值检测试验中的样品挥发,从而引起检测结果精密度差,通过采用恒温室全自动量热仪对醇基燃料的热值进行测定,分别采用药用胶囊、聚乙烯安剖瓶和生料带封口燃烧皿对样品进行密封测量,通过大量实验,计算三种试验数据的相对标准偏差,分析三种盛样方法的优缺点,从而研究出醇基燃料在取样和检测过程中能有效防止样品挥发且容易获得的一种盛样装置,为醇基燃料热值的准确检测提供基础保障,助推醇基燃料的广泛使用.
Study on the Sample Holding Device in the Calorific Value Test of Alcohol-based Fuel
In order to prevent the sample volatilization in the calorific value test of alcohol-based fuel,which may lead to poor precision of the test results,the calorific value of alcohol-based fuel was determined by using a constant greenhouse automatic calorimeter,and the samples were respectively sealed with pharmaceutical capsules,polyethylene profile bottles and raw material belt sealing combustion dishes.The relative standard deviations of the three test datas were calculated through a large number of experiments.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three sample filling methods,a sample filling device that can effectively prevent sample volatilization and easily obtain in the process of sampling and testing of alcohol-based fuel is developed,which provides basic guarantee for the accurate detection of the calorific value of alco-hol-based fuel and promotes the wide use of alcohol-based fuel.
