摘要
阐述了复合材料的制备工艺,包括实验材料的准备、确定材料混合比例和操作条件,以及添加剂的选择和添加量控制.分析了复合材料的燃烧性能,包括燃烧特性和热解产物的生成情况,同时进行了力学性能的分析,包括强度性能、刚度性能、韧性性能,以及疲劳性能的分析.探讨了复合材料的优缺点,并提出可能的改进方向,为该复合材料在实际应用中的推广提供了科学的依据.
Abstract
The preparation process of composite materials was elaborated,including the preparation of experimental materials,determination of material mixing ratio and operating conditions,as well as the selection and control of additives.The combustion performance of composite mate-rials was analyzed,including combustion characteristics and the generation of pyrolysis products.At the same time,mechanical properties were analyzed,including strength performance,stiffness performance,toughness performance,and fatigue performance.Explored the advantages and disadvantages of composite materials and proposed possible improvement directions.This provides a scientific basis for the promotion of this composite material in practical applications.
