摘要
在高温高压反应釜和电化学工作站模拟研究了Q345R钢在不同温度、不同CO2和H2S分压中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:温度升高,化学反应速率加快,平均腐蚀速率增大;在20 ℃和50℃时,H2S和CO2均有较高的溶解度,溶液的pH值较低,随着CO2/H2S浓度的增加,Q345R钢的均匀腐蚀速率明显增加.微观形貌和XRD分析表明,Q345R钢的腐蚀以H2S占主导作用.
Abstract
The corrosion behavior of Q345R steel at different temperatures,CO2 and H2S partial pressure ratios was simulated by hightempera-ture and highpressure reactor and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the average corrosion rate increases as the temperature in-creases.At the temperature of 20℃ and 50℃,both CO2 and H2S have greater solubility,and the solution has a lower pH value,therefore,with the increase of CO2/H2S concentration,the uniform corrosion rate of Q345R steel increases significantly.The results of microscopic morphology and XRD analysis showed that H2S corrosion was dominant.
