Experimental Study on Harmless Treatment of Lead Containing Fly Ash with Hydrofluoric Acid
In order to make alkaline lead-containing fly ash reach the landfill limit of hazardous waste, hydrofluoric acid was used as stabilizer for lead-containing fly ash. After finding out the optimal dosage of hydrofluoric acid, lime is used as pH regulator, cement as curing agent,it can make the leaching toxicity of total lead and inorganic fluoride was lower than the requirements of"Hazardous Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard"(GB19598-2019).The result shows that the addition of hydrofluoric acid is 10%(wt/%),the addition of lime is 4%(wt/%)to adjust the pH between 7.10-7.15,and the stabilization effect is significant, the optimal results were pH=7.15,total lead=0.145mg/L,inor-ganic fluoride=3.7 mg/L.
