Determination of Iron,Calcium,Aluminum,Lead,Zinc and Arsenic in Food Additives by Directly Introduction under Method of Organic Phase Using ICP-OES
Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer(ICP-OES)was proposed to determine of 6 elements including iron,calci-um,aluminum,lead,zinc and arsenic in food additives by directly introduction under method of organic phase. With ethanol solution as a diluent, the samples are directly analyzed after being diluted according to a specific ratio, the results showed that good linearity in the concentration range of 0.05-5.00 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was over 0.9999,the limits of detection(LODs)of all the elements were in the range from 0.0001-0.0016 mg/L,the average recoveries were 91.4%-108.4%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.53%-3.65%.This method is simple to operate, highly accurate, safe and fast.It can be used for detecting impurity elements in compound food additives.
