摘要

研究了气相色谱法测定氯代正丁烷副产物中的有机物含量,试样经过前处理,OV-1701为分离柱,FID为检测,外标进行定量.结果表明,4种有机化合物在一定质量浓度下呈良好的线性关系,R2大于0.999,检出限在2.1~8.1 µg/mL之间,方法重复性相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.3%~9.0%之间,试样加标回收率在94.7%~109.5%之间.方法简单,具有较好的精密度和准确度,能满足副产物盐酸中有机物的检测要求.

Abstract

This method studied the determination of organic matter content in by-products of chlorinated n-butane by gas chromatography.The sample was pre treated,OV-1701 was used as the separation column,FID was used for detection,and external standards were used for quantifi-cation.Experiments have shown that four organic compounds exhibit a good linear relationship at a certain concentration,with R2 of 0.999 or higher,detection limit between 2.1 and 8.1 μg/mL,relative standard deviation(RSD)of 2.3%to 9.0%for method repeatability,and recov-ery rate of 94.7%to 109.5%for sample spiking.The method is simple,with good precision and accuracy,and can meet the detection require-ments of organic compounds in by-product hydrochloric acid.
