摘要
介绍了光卤石冷分解控制系统增强能力的方法.通过在线实时检测分解液浓度(盐度)来间接反映矿浆中镁离子的变化,调整进料量、加水量及分解槽的搅拌强度,使光卤石完全分解,从而实现生产过程自动化控制.
Abstract
By detecting the concentration(salinity)of the decomposition solution in real-time online,the changes in magnesium ions in the slur-ry are indirectly reflected.The feeding amount,water addition amount,and stirring intensity of the decomposition tank are controlled to complete-ly decompose the carnallite,thus achieving automated control of the production process.
