Process and Operation Analysis of a Case Study on Water Reuse in Organic Chemical Waste water
In order to realize the recycling of wastewater, the project adopted the combined process of"ozone catalytic oxidation+nitrification and denitrification biochemical system+submerged ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis"to deeply treat organic chemical wastewater, which was the outlet water in the pretreatment stage. The scale of engineering treatment was 360 m3/d,the average value of COD of effluent from biochemi-cal part was 79 mg/L,the NH3-N was between 0.1-0.8 mg/L,the TN value was stable at about 15 mg/L,and all indicators met the concen-trated water pipe discharge standard requirements of reverse osmosis double concentration.Reuse water quality:COD≤5 mg/L,NH3-N≤0.1 mg/L,Cl-≤3.5 mg/l,conductivity≤10 μs/cm,pH 7.3~8.6,reuse rate ≥50%,meeting the requirements of reuse water quality and quan-tity.The practice results showed that the deepening treatment of reclaimed water reuse system operated stably, which could not only achieve the purpose of saving water resources, but also meet the requirements of reclaimed water reuse.
