C4蒸发器换热效率下降原因分析及改进措施

国家能源集团宁夏煤业甲醇制丙烯项目于2014年投产,该装置以甲醇和循环烃为原料生产丙烯.其中C4循环烃约占原料总进料的10%,因此C4循环烃的量会对装置主产品的收率产生直接影响.针对C4循环烃蒸发器在运行过程中出现的换热效率下降问题,对运行状态、工艺流程以及设备结构等相关因素进行了深入分析.经过研究,明确了导致换热效率下降的具体原因.通过加强操作管理、控制C4循环烃水含量、降低换热管束结焦率、定期清洗换热管等措施解决了C4蒸发器换热效率下降的问题,保证了装置运行效率和综合经济效益.
C4 Evaporator Heat Transfer Efficiency Decline Reason Analysis and Improvement Measures
The methanol-to-propylene project of Ningxia Coal Industry of National Energy Group was put into operation in 2014,and the unit produces propylene from methanol and recycled hydrocarbons.Among them,C4 recycled hydrocarbons account for about 10%of the total feed-stock,so the amount of C4 recycled hydrocarbons will have a direct impact on the yield of the main product of the plant.In this paper,for the problem of heat transfer efficiency decline of C4 cycle hydrocarbon evaporator in the operation process,its operation status,process flow and e-quipment structure and other related factors were analyzed in depth.After the study,the specific reasons leading to the decline in heat transfer efficiency were clarified.By strengthening operation management,controlling the water content of C4 circulating hydrocarbons,reducing the co-king rate of heat exchanger tube bundles,and cleaning the heat exchanger tubes on a regular basis,we have solved the problem of declining heat exchanger efficiency of the C4 evaporator,and ensured the operating efficiency and comprehensive economic benefits of the device.
