摘要
STEM以培养创新型、应用型、技能型综合性高层次人才为目标,贯穿整个人才培养过程.首先分别介绍了国外、国内的STEM创新创业教育现状;然后,以哈尔滨工程大学培养的研究生陈某某为例,开展基于STEM模式研究生创新创业能力培养解析,分别从个性化方案的设计、方案的实施与推进、动手实践能力的培养、创新创业能力的培养进行介绍,最后分析培养过程中的不足.通过案例的解析,不断调整培养手段,激发学生的主动性、提高学生的能动性和解决复杂工程问题的综合能力.
Abstract
STEM aims to cultivate innovative,applied,skill-based comprehensive high-level talents,which runs through the entire talent train-ing process.Therefore,first introduces the current situation of STEM innovative and entrepreneurial education at home and abroad.Then,a grad-uate student Chen Moumou,who trained by Harbin Engineering University is taken as an example.The cultivation of innovative and entrepre-neurial ability of graduate students based on STEM model is analyzed.And the design of personalized programs,the implementation and promo-tion of programs,the cultivation of practical ability,and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability are introduced.Finally,the defi-ciencies in the cultivation process is analyzed.Through the analysis of this case,the training method are constantly adjusted to stimulate students'initiative,improve students'initiative and comprehensive ability to solve complex engineering problems.
